1. Overview

By booking services with TopNotchSudz, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are in place to ensure quality service, safety, and a smooth experience for all customers.

2. Service Area & Access

  • We are a fully mobile service and require safe and legal access to your vehicle.

  • Customers must provide adequate space for detailing.

  • We Do require Access to water and electricity!

  • If access is not available at the time of appointment, service may be rescheduled or canceled.

3. Booking & Appointments

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance.

  • We provide estimated arrival windows; delays due to traffic or prior jobs may occur.

  • Customers will be notified of any significant delays.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are based on vehicle size, condition, and selected services.

  • Final pricing may change if the vehicle condition differs significantly from what was described.

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept [cash, credit or debit cards, digital payments)

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Late cancellations may be subject to a fee of [$50.00].

  • No-shows may be charged a cancellation fee.

6. Vehicle Condition & Personal Belongings

  • Customers must remove personal items from the vehicle prior to service.

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings left in the vehicle.

  • Excessively dirty vehicles (e.g., heavy pet hair, biohazards, mold) may incur additional charges or require special services.

7. Pet Hair & Deep Cleaning Services

  • Pet hair removal and heavy stain removal require additional time and specialized tools.

  • While we strive for the best results, 100% removal is not always guaranteed for severe cases.

8. Weather & Safety Conditions

  • Service may be rescheduled due to inclement weather or unsafe working conditions.

  • We prioritize the safety of our team and your property.

9. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • Customer satisfaction is important to us.

  • If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address your concerns.

10. Liability

  • We take every precaution while servicing your vehicle.

  • Pre-existing damage (scratches, stains, worn materials) will not be held against TopNotchSudz LLC

  • We are not liable for damage due to faulty parts, electronics, or pre-existing conditions.

11. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if:

  • Conditions are unsafe

  • The vehicle poses health risks

  • The customer is uncooperative or violates these terms

12. Agreement

By booking and receiving services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
